Core Aeration

What we do:

We will core aerate the entire lawn area, walking back and forth in a pattern similar to cutting the grass. The machine will pull up small 1½ - 2 inch plugs of soil and thatch, which can be left to break down as it is beneficial for the lawn. We then blow all debris off of the your sidewalks.

Power-raking

What we do:

We will power rake the entire lawn area, walking back and forth in a slightly overlapping pattern similar to mowing the lawn. This brings the excess thatch (dead grass) to the surface. We then hand rake or blow all the dead grass into piles and bag up the grass, next we cut and trim the lawn to remove any remaining loose grass so that we leave your lawn looking clean. Finally we blow any debris away from the steps and sidewalks. For places with large amounts of thatch, removal of garbage bags can be arranged fora minimal surcharge.
